CampReadyOz provides a digital checklist web app designed to help caravan and RV travellers remember common items and preparation steps before leaving home. The app is intended as a general planning and reminder tool only. It is in no way legal, professional, mechanical, or safety advice. We do not guarantee that following our checklists will prevent accidents, breakdowns, or legal issues.

Use at Your Own Risk

Users are solely responsible for their own safety, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You agree to use CampReadyOzat your own risk. Always consult with qualified professionals for mechanical advice, towing capacities, and safety inspections.

Some content, suggestions, or tips within the app may be generated or assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Access & Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unauthorized use of the platform.

Payment

Certain features of CampReadyOz may require payment or a subscription. All fees are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise noted. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. 

Refunds

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, a one time fee is generally non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact our support team within 30 days of the charge.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampReadyOz and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of CampReadyOz after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Australia.

CampReadyOz is a one-time purchase digital product We fully comply with Australian Consumer Law.

When Refunds Are Available

You are entitled to a refund if:

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind

How to Request a Refund

Include: Your user email and date of purchase and reason for requesting a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original payment method. Usually by the last business day of the month in which the refund was approved.
