Payment

Some features of NomadLogOz may necessitate a payment or subscription. All fees are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless specified otherwise. By providing payment information, you consent to authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. 

Refunds

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. Following the trial period, a one-time fee is generally non-refundable, except as mandated by Australian Consumer Law. If you perceive a billing error, please reach out to our support team within 30 days of the charge.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by law, NomadLogOz and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, usage, goodwill, or other intangible losses that may result from your use of the application.

The application is inaccessible post-purchase

The application does not function as described
